Lula Body Pilates studio is located in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The studio is fully equipped with reformers, a cadillac, a ladder barrel and Pilates chairs. We offer group Pilates springboard, Pilates chair classes as well as Trio Reformer sessions.
We also offer private and duet Pilates sessions. Services are also available in the privacy of your own home or office.
Manual therapy sessions are also available guided by Tara Kashyap veteran Pilates instructor and licensed massage therapist.
We value the attention that small group, duet and private sessions offer. If you are not getting the results that you expected from your big group fitness classes, try our smaller class format where our attention to the details yields great results!

Springboard - combines Pilates mat work with Pilates spring work - 8 people max!
Springs provide added tension to give you a killer workout
Develop long, strong, lean muscle.
This class is a perfect compliment to any fitness routine!
Prior experience is not required though we recommend starting with a beginner class if you can!
Pilates Chair - The most challenging piece of Pilates equipment - 5 people max!
Small group lends itself to more individualized attention
The Pilates Chair provides great feedback for functional movements - think climbing stairs, sitting down, walking!

Trio Reformer Classes - 2 class credits - 3 people max!
A tight trio, a classical sequence, and laser-focused instruction.
This small-group Reformer class strips Pilates back to its roots: clean lines, smooth transitions, and uncompromising technique.
Expect sharp cues, disciplined flow, and spring settings that meet your body—so every rep lands exactly where it should.
With only three clients, you get individual correction, deeper activation, and the kind of precision you can’t hide from (in the best way).
We recommend 2-3 classes per week for best results, consistency, commitment and patience will yield the best results!

I took my first ever Pilates class last week at Lula Body. I had Kay who was fantastic. She was born informative & encouraging, with the right amount of challenge and care. I recently started pilates and honestly idk how I lived without it! I usually only would do HIIT and weight training but Ilana springboard classes really challenges you to fix your posture, work on using those tiny muscles, and learn to use your core more actively + their calm, but fun demeanor makes it something to look forward too! Love going to Lula Body!
