SPRINGBOARD CLASS - 7 participants MAX!
Springboard classes combine Pilates mat work with Pilates spring work. Springs provide added tension to give you a killer workout and help to develop long, strong, lean muscle. This class is a perfect compliment to any fitness routine! Prior experience is not required though we recommend doing a the intro private package to familiarize yourself with Pilates equipment. Teachers may use props in addition to the spring system to supercharge your workout! - PACKAGES AVAILABLE - We recommend doing 2-3 classes per week for best results - consistency & commitment will yield the best results.
PILATES PLAYGROUND CHAIR CLASS - 4 participants MAX!
Let's Play! The team at Lula Body developed the Pilates Playground Chair class as a fun and challenging addition to your Pilates practice! This 4 person max class allows the teacher to fully address each persons' needs which leads to better, faster results for you. The playground class will help you get toned from head to toe with challenging movements that develop coordination and overall body control.
