In just 30 minutes, we’ll focus on reducing tightness, increasing oxygen flow throughout the body, and supporting your natural healing process—whether you’re dealing with chronic discomfort or short-term strain.

Using Pilates-style hands-on cues, these sessions help you understand where tension affects your posture and movement patterns. We’ll explore easy, functional stretches that keep your major muscle groups supple and strong, along with take-home techniques to support your Pilates practice between sessions.
