These one-on-one sessions gently guide your body through comfortable, supported movements to improve mobility and release tight areas. We may also use a THERAGUN, a handheld tool that provides soft, percussive vibrations to ease deep muscle tension, boost circulation, and support recovery.

In just 30 minutes, we’ll focus on reducing tightness, increasing oxygen flow throughout the body, and supporting your natural healing process—whether you’re dealing with chronic discomfort or short-term strain.

Using Pilates-style hands-on cues, these sessions help you understand where tension affects your posture and movement patterns. We’ll explore easy, functional stretches that keep your major muscle groups supple and strong, along with take-home techniques to support your Pilates practice between sessions.
