Lula Body Studio Policies
All sessions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
All sessions begin and end promptly at scheduled times, a session will not be extended due to lateness.
Credit card numbers are vaulted through Square and Acuity, these are used to process your sessions. In any event you need to change the card on file please contact us at the studio.
Sessions run between 50 minutes and 55 minutes in length.
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged for the session.
Cancellation policies are strictly upheld. Exceptions made at owner’s discretion.
All packages have expiration dates. Packages extended beyond this time period will be done at the discretion of management.
·Accurate health information must be volunteered before your first session, an instructor has the right to refuse service should they have any reasonable concerns about safety to the client or themselves.
Should you have any health issues that may affect practice please consult your health practitioner for participation approval, this extends to injuries sustained through the course of a package. Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.
Cell phones should be silenced.
Shoes off, socks on studio. Socks can be purchased on site.
Clients are responsible for cleaning their own equipment off after the session has ended.
All payments are to be made through our online scheduling software prior to your session. Please contact the studio should you need to pay in studio.
Lula Body is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
