I recently started pilates and honestly idk how I lived without it! I usually only would do HIIT and weight training but Ilana springboard classes really challenges you to fix your posture, work on using those tiny muscles, and learn to use your core more actively + their calm, but fun demeanor makes it something to look forward too!
