Our new client offers allow you to try private Pilates sessions and group Springboard classes at an introductory rate - this is a great way to see if Lula Body Pilates is the approach that you are looking for. We strongly encourage a combination of classes and Privates if time and budgeting allows. We recommend taking 3 private classes before beginning group instruction to build familiarity with the Pilates equipment.

Thereafter 2-3 times a week either privately or group classes will give you optimal results!
